CRASH COURSE INSTRUCTORS
ADVANCED CLINICS (to be announced later)
The Crash course has been a success over the past years. With fishing on the rise like never before, old and young alike are really getting into musky fishing. We are very fortunate here to have one of the best musky lakes in North America. Cave Run Lake is also one of the PMTT (Professional Musky Tournament Trail) stops.
We have decided this fall September 22-24 to offer an ADVANCED CLINIC and a Mini Tournament for clinic participants only. This class will focus on advanced tactics used by the Pro’s for tournament fishing! There will be class room time and seminars, as well as pool side demos for the lure section. You will also learn the proper tournament etiquette such as how to line up, what the Friday night rule meeting is for, as well as the proper way to measure a fish, just understanding how the system works etc…….
For those of you that have not attended one of our Crash Course’s in musky fishing, you will not be left out! There will be time alloted for beginners as well as the seasoned musky fisherman! This will be a great opportunity plus a good time.
Our ADVANCED Clinic will run like the past one’s you bring your own boat and attend, or take advantage of our special guided package. The guide’s fish will not count in the tournament. This is a great opportunity for those who do not have a boat but would like to learn what it takes to be a serious musky angler.
This should be a lot of fun and a great musky experience. Hopefully you will make a decision to come and join us regardless what level fisherman you are!
The Crash Course advanced clinic will work like this:
The standard charge will be $350.00 per/person with your own boat, we will be offering our guide staff on a first come basis, up to eight boats. The package with a guide will be an additional $100.00 per day. Cost of clinic with a guide would be the standard $350.00 plus $200.00 for two days guided, bringing the total to$550.00.
Tournament Details:
There will also be a $50.00 per/person tournament fee, which will be 100% pay back. This fee will be for the mini tournament held during our school. The tournament fee will not be mandatory, you will still be in the tournament for the prizes, instead of money. According to how many entries we have will determine how many places we pay back. Ex. 25 entries there will be 5 places pay back, so 1st-$600.00 2nd- $250.00 3rd- $200.00 4th- $150.00 5th- $50.00.

Crash's Landing & Crash Mullins' Pro Staff would like to thank everyone that attended our Spring 2005 Crash Course and look forward to this Fall 2005's Clinic! We enjoyed having you with us and appreciate the comments and suggestions, which we found very kind and helpful from each of you. Unfortunately the weather was not conducive to allow us to have our Pizza around our campfire for questions and answers with the guides. Though the weather conditions made it tough we still had a very successful clinic with students learning several new skills. Congratulations David Lloyd! David caught 2 muskies and recieved awards for "The Most Fish Caught & The Biggest Fish Caught". Each participant at the end of the clinic recieved free lures compliments of Drifter Tackle, Co., Meat & Potatoes Tackle Co., & Musky Innovations.
A special Thank You to The Comfort Inn & Suites, Calvin Pyle from WBZI Radio, Tim Hicks-Photography and our Pro-Staff Guides who did an exceptional job!
