We are 45 min. from Lexington and Ashland, KY. From our store you are only 3 miles from the water, where you will find your first boat ramp and largest marina on the lake. Scott’s Creek Marina can provide you with boat slips, restaurant and much more.

Across the road from Crash’s Landing you can stop in and see the Minor Clarke Fish Hatchery, which has the largest Muskie stocking program in North America. You might like to take time out to stop in at the Visitors Center at the U.S. Forest Service located between the hatchery and the marina, with tours and videos of our scenic area. Then two miles past Scott’s Creek Marina is the Twin Knobs Camp Ground facility with over 300 sites, great bathhouses, an amphitheater, beach and two private boat ramps for your convenience.

We are only eight miles from our college town of Morehead, Ky. where you’ll find our Folk Arts Center, the Visitors Center and lots of festivals and functions going on all throughout the year. Major hotel chains, restaurants, and cinema.
